Neil Dixon from the King’s School, Canterbury to take on a 5K Charity Run

The King’s School, Canterbury selected the Parkinson’s Centre for Integrated Therapy as their 2022 Charity of the Year and have spent the past few months raising funds for our lifechanging centre.

Neil Dixon, their Head of Garden and Grounds, will take part in the Whitstable and Herne Bay Morun, a 5km course, on Saturday 26th November 2022 to add to their fundraising totals and we are most grateful to him for his support.

Of his challenge, Neil said, “I am really looking forward to the run and want to complete it for all those people who cannot. A friend and colleague is living with a Parkinson’s diagnosis so I have seen first hand the devastating impact this condition can have on somebody’s life.  I want to do all I can to raise money for this new Centre to help people with Parkinson’s to live better for longer.”

We wish Neil the best of luck for his challenge and once again thank him for helping us in the fight against Parkinson’s.
