Kent students organise second 5km Fun Run to raise money for the Law Campaign

Following on from the enormous success of their 2013 5km Fun Run, the Kent Law Campaign Student Group (KLCSG) is holding the 2014 “Race for Justice” on Saturday 25th October and is looking for people to register to take part.

The event, which raised £4,574 last year, is a 5km route around the University of Kent’s Canterbury campus which will pass the Kent Law School, Kent Law Clinic, the site for the new building and will take in the stunning views campus has to offer.

Andrew Wilson, Fundraising Officer for the Group, said: “We are extremely excited about this event and hope that we get a record number of people signing up to take part.  We really want to exceed last year’s total and hope our alumni, students and staff will support us!”

The KLCSG is also looking for companies to sponsor various items for the event such as fruit, energy drinks, medals, t-shirts and trophies.  If you can help, or know somebody who can, please contact us.
