Dr Jennifer Leigh is Vice-Chair (People) of WISC, an International Network of Women in Supramolecular Chemistry that aims to support equality, diversity, and inclusion. She works as the only social scientist alongside an international team of supramolecular chemists, who range from early career researchers to some of the most senior in the field. Within chemical sciences the progression and retention of women is a growing concern. Since it began in 2018, WISC, led by its chair, Dr Jennifer Hiscock, has gained support from the Royal Society of Chemistry, set up mentoring clusters, a parenting cluster, and has an on-going programme of events. @suprachem www.wisc.network
