The University of Kent is a versatile venue location set in the historic city of Canterbury. We have a wide range of conference, event, and meeting venues across our campus, with over 150 spaces to choose from.<\/p>\n

Darwin Conference Suite<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Darwin Conference Suite<\/a> is our all-year-round flexible conference venue, suitable for events accommodating 20-300 guests. It can be used as one large room or divided, with soundproofed walls, into three smaller rooms with a capacity of 40-100 people in each suite. The space has its own reception area, cloakroom, and bar.<\/p>\n

Kent Indoor Tennis and Events Arena<\/strong><\/p>\n

Built in 2021, the Kent Indoor Tennis and Events Arena<\/a> offers an adaptable and unrestricted space for a wide range of events. With over 3,000 sq metres of flexible flat floor space, the arena can be configured in a variety of layouts, including conferences for over 2,000 delegates, trade exhibitions, banquets, functions, sporting events, concerts, and more for up to 4,000 people.<\/p>\n

Lecture Theatres<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have a wide range of lecture theatres available to hire across our campus, with the largest in\u00a0Woolf College<\/a> seating up to 480 delegates. Our Sibson<\/a>\u00a0building is ideal for large conferences and business talks, with ample syndicate rooms and a large foyer for catering and exhibition stands.<\/p>\n

Seminar rooms and meeting spaces<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our campus is home to seminar rooms and meeting spaces of all sizes, which can be hired for various events such as training sessions, roundtable discussions, or team meetings. Each of our venues has multiple spaces that can be hired together as part of an event.<\/p>\n
