Nominated by his line manager, Haris is an apprentice with Pfizer, where he is working towards a FdSc in Applied Bioscience. He was a finalist for the Engineering and Manufacturing apprentice of the year.<\/p>\n
\u201cHaris has grown and developed in many ways \u2026It\u2019s not only what Haris has achieved, but it is how he has achieved this. The Asian Apprentice Awards exist to showcase the talent and hard work of BME apprentices. In addition they seek to recognise and celebrate the employers who provide them with opportunities. The awards\u2019 aims align with the government\u2019s aspiration to increase the proportion of young people from BME backgrounds undertaking apprenticeships by 20%.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
