While he felt confident, Taylor had only just begun to look online to<br \/>\nexplore opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Support Provided:<\/strong> Taylor worked closely with his mentor to understand more about employability and the recruitment process. He received tailored guidance and advice around applying to jobs and<br \/>\nwhat to expect from interviews in his field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Taylor Found Most Valuable:<\/strong> \u201cThe support throughout the application process was amazing. The most valuable part was the advice on how to find jobs in my field\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How the Support Helped Taylor with his Confidence:<\/strong> Taylor shared that he had gained confidence in the way he conducted himself during interviews, complemented by the fact that he secured a role<br \/>\nin his field!
