Nikita Solanky graduated from The University of Kent in 2022 and has secured a role as a Case Administrator for the Ministry of Justice <\/p>\n

Nikita was connected with the SafetyNet+ Scheme by The Careers and Employability Service.<\/p>\n

Original Status:<\/strong> When Nikita joined the support, she was not currently working or studying. Nikita
\nhad begun to submit applications and get through to the next stage but only felt somewhat
\nconfident in securing her ideal role in the criminal justice system.<\/p>\n

Support Provided:<\/strong> Nikita was provided with support surrounding CV writing, including viewing
\nexamples of CV and how to structure one for herself. She received 1:1 support from her coach
\nwherein employability and recruitment advice were given.<\/p>\n

What Nikita Found Most Valuable:<\/strong> Nikita shared that she found the regular contact between
\nherself, and her coach the most valuable, and took great value from the assistance surrounding CVs.
\nHow the Support Helped Nikita with her Confidence: From the support given, Nikita described
\nherself as being very confident, which was a positive improvement from beforehand.<\/p>\n

What Nikita Said About the Support:<\/strong> \u201cThe support affected my confidence positively in terms of
\nbeing able to reach out for help if needed, what to include in my CV and being given examples of
\nother CVs to help me build my own. As well as this, the support was helpful as having a coach to turn
\nto, if feeling confused, was good to share any concerns or negative feelings with, and eventually
