He acknowledged that speaking with a coach 1:1 was far more valuable than simply<br \/>\nresearching online, where navigating a vast space of advice can be overcomplicated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How the Support Helped Lucas with his Confidence:<\/strong> Lucas said that the support he received made<br \/>\nhim feel confident and inspired, which spurred his motivation to explore different roles and<br \/>\ncompanies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Lucas Said About the Support:<\/strong> \u201cThe availability of sessions made me feel like I had a good<br \/>\nsafety net if I wanted to touch base with a professional before an interview or assessment<br \/>\nday\u2026there was excellent availability of a different, professional perspective on my thoughts<br \/>\nregarding CVs, applications, and career paths.
