Harry had begun to submit applications for his dream role in design but was not very<br \/>\nconfident on securing this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Support Provided:<\/strong> Harry\u2019s coach worked closely with him to prepare for upcoming interviews,<br \/>\nfocusing particularly on success at assessment centres to build his confidence. This support led to a<br \/>\nfinal stage interview for a design role, and ultimately a job offer from a multinational advertising &amp;<br \/>\npublic relations company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Harry Found Most Valuable:<\/strong> Harry told us that \u201cthe flexibility and nature of the support was<br \/>\nvery reassuring\u201d and that his coach was always there at the exact time he needed the support.<br \/>\nAdditionally, accessing this specialised support made Harry feel valued highlighting to him that the<br \/>\nUniversity cared about his \u201cprospects as an individual even after graduating\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How the Support Helped Harry with his Confidence:<\/strong> The practical advice and support helped Harry<br \/>\nto gain confidence in all aspects relating to both his job search and the stages within the job<br \/>\napplication process.
