Original Status: When Lucas joined the coaching support, he was not currently working or studying,
Lucas had submitted applications but only felt somewhat confident on securing his ideal role.

Support Provided: Lucas’ coach supported him with all thing’s CVs, applications and career paths.
Lucas became aware of the different paths he could take once graduating, and how to be best
prepared for industry-specific applications and interview conduct.

What Lucas Found Most Valuable: Lucas found the personalised approach the most valuable aspect
of the support. He acknowledged that speaking with a coach 1:1 was far more valuable than simply
researching online, where navigating a vast space of advice can be overcomplicated.

him feel confident and inspired, which spurred his motivation to explore different roles and
companies.
