Taylor Roffey graduated from The University of Kent in 2022 and is now a Sport and Fitness Assistant at The University of Cambridge.
Taylor was connected with the SafetyNet+ Scheme by The Careers and Employability Service.
Original Status: At the start of support, Taylor was employed in a role he did not feel was graduate level or align to his career goals. While he felt confident, Taylor had only just begun to look online to
explore opportunities.
Support Provided: Taylor worked closely with his mentor to understand more about employability and the recruitment process. He received tailored guidance and advice around applying to jobs and
what to expect from interviews in his field.

How the Support Helped Taylor with his Confidence: Taylor shared that he had gained confidence in the way he conducted himself during interviews, complemented by the fact that he secured a role
in his field! He also mentioned that once he has received this support, he was more confident in his ability to find new roles.
