The search for the “ideal” job begins with looking at yourself (your strengths, values, interests, skills..etc). Pioneers in career coaching have devised an assessment tool that is composed of 8 factors. Once these conditions are clear, then you can embark on a successful job-hunt. This workshop is for anyone who has spent more time planning their holidays than they have planning their careers;-). (i.e. most of us;-)).
