They bring together a diverse range of peers from a variety of institutions, countries, disciplines and career stages, which has proved to be fertile ground for the development of projects, special issues, edited collections and for driving forward thinking in key areas. This year’s theme “New Frontiers in International Relations” foregrounds the importance of pushing traditional boundaries and going beyond disciplinary and intellectual frontiers. The 23 workshops that were chosen from the open call reflect this theme well. With 340 participants from across the globe this year’s EWIS is not only the largest so far, but the most diverse.

More information on EWIS 2017 is available here: http://www.eisa-net.org/sitecore/content/be-bruga/eisa/events/ewis.aspx (note that Workshop T where the BSIS scholars present their research, is listed with a different name).

Dr Maria Mälksoo and BSIS PhD researcher Raphaël Wolff will participate in the workshop ‘Security in Matter, Memory and Time’ at Cardiff University, Wales on 7-10 June 2017 … Read more

[6598,124,70
