Following on from last year\u2019s highly successful visit of former Russian Foreign Minister, Professor Igor Ivanov, BSIS was asked to host a panel discussion on the EU-Russian energy relationship as both parties met to mark the 10th anniversary of their \u2018Energy Dialogue\u2019 with meetings between the EU\u2019s Energy Commissioner (G\u00fcnther Oettinger) and the Russian Energy Minister (Sergei Shmatk\u00f3).<\/p>\n
The event, which took place on Monday 22 November 2010, was chaired by Professor Amelia Hadfield, Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of European Studies.<\/p>\n
