Dear All<\/p>\n
At recent meetings, as well as in the corridor, many of you have kindly agreed to help us prepare for the move of premises to Espace Rolin. To maximise everyone’s time we have decide to go with Tue 14 Apr starting at 9h, with a break for pizza at midday and then beers to celebrate afterwards.<\/p>\n
The tasks that need doing include stacking and labelling all furniture, packing crockery and glasses, unplugging all computers, and packing books and periodicals.\u00a0 With a team of 15-20 we should easily complete this in one day.<\/p>\n
Can I please ask you to confirm to me by email that you can help on this day so that I can allocate you into teams?<\/p>\n
