He is an EU policy officer responsible for Chemical and Nuclear Non-Proliferation, and his guest lecture is titled \u201cA Weapons of Mass Destruction Free Zone in the Middle East? A Historical and Diplomatic Perspective.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The lecture is part of LW844 Legal Aspects of Contemporary International Problems, but the occasion is open to BSIS staff and students.
