Empowering migrant and refugee women in the Belgian labour market

Lama Jaghjougha a master student in international migration at BSIS, and the founder of Raise Women’s Awareness Network (RWAN) initiative to help refugee and migrant women to have access to education and gain professional opportunity in order to become more active individuals in Belgian society. she is going to organise a new workshop at the University of Kent.
The aim of this workshop is to focus more on the professional training provided by the state and create the first guide for the different regions. her idea came through many women from her community in Belgium. because many of them still do not know everything about the various professional training available in the three regions of Belgium.

This event is by invitation only. Open for the public from 3 pm to 5 pm. The working language will be (English, French and Arabic) and the workshop will be held at the BSIS Auditorium.
