Tom Casier will be in Kyiv (Ukraine) from 10 to 13 February. He will give a lecture to the EU-Eastern Partnership Academy, an initiative bringing together students and researchers from the six partnership countries. Tom Casier will evaluate ten years of Eastern Partnership in the light of the Ukraine crisis and recent international developments.
