As you are all aware BSIS will be moving premises to Boulevard Louis Schmidt 2a in April. Although we will do our best to maintain services over the period of the move, there will be a period when we are unable to offer a full administrative service as well as times when it will not be possible for you to use the premises at all.
Mon 13 Apr to Fri 24 Apr – Limited administrative service. Please plan ahead for any status letters or other services that you might need from the administrative staff. Study space will also be limited as we pack and unpack. We would invite you, if possible, to make use of the study space of our partner universities; the VUB and ULB or at the Royal Library at this time.
Thu 16 Apr and Fri 17 Apr – No access to telephones, wifi, printers or computers.
Fri 17 Apr and Mon 20 Apr – No access to the premises at all.
Access cards from the old building can be exchanged for new ones from Tue 21 Apr.
