Dr. Tom Casier will participate in the conference ‘Reinventing hegemonies’ in Shanghai on 25 and 26 April.
The conference is a joint organisation of DOC Berlin, Carleton University and East China Normal University.
The presentation by Tom Casier is entitled: ‘Unravelling power and hegemony. Why shifting power relations do not equal a change of international order’.
