Dr. Tom Casier will speak at a workshop on EU foreign policy and relations with Russia on 11 January.
The expert workshop is held at the University of Leiden, the Netherlands. It is part of the NORTIA project on EU foreign affairs, funded by the European Commission.
The University of Kent is one out of ten partners on the project.
