Dr Tom Casier will hold the keynote lecture at a conference in Uppsala (Sweden) on 13 September 2018.
The title of the lecture is ‘Russia and Europe. Back to where we began or a new order in the making?’.
The conference is organised jointly by BASEES (The British Association for Slavonic and East European Studies) and Uppsala University.
