Dr Maria Mälksoo presented at the Baltic Symposium 2018 at the UCL, London on 20th April 2018. Her talk was entitled ‘Baltic Security Dilemmas and Elegies‘ and was part of the panel Prospects in regional, European and Euro-Atlantic relationships.
The Baltic Symposium 2018 was organised by the UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies, the Baltic Council in Great Britain, and the Embassies of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in London.
