Hello everyone,
You might have heard about the International Conference that BSIS hosts every year at the end of term 2. We are currently looking for students interested in organizing this conference, which includes finding a topic, developing the panels, as well as logistics and event management. It’s a great opportunity to learn about organizing a big event, to connect with interesting speakers, and also, it’s a lot of fun.
If you would like to get involved or hear more about the specifics, we have set up two meetings this week:
Tuesday 12:00
Thursday 13:00
The location for both meetings will be seminar room 2. We would also like to make this a brainstorming session on the topic of this year’s conference, so any ideas are welcome. If you cannot make it to either of the two sessions, but would still like to be involved, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
