Dr Maria Mälksoo will present a paper ‘Ukraine’s Decommunisation Laws: A Hard Case for the EU Policy on Transitional Justice?’ at the European Union Studies Association (EUSA) Fifteenth Biennial Conference in Miami, Florida, USA, 4-6 May, 2017. The paper is part of a panel on different ‘legal memories’ in post-Second World War Europe. Dr Mälksoo’s project has been supported by the Research Support Fund of the School of Politics and International Relations, University of Kent, UK and the HERA project on Memory Laws in European and Comparative Perspective (MELA).
