African Politics and Int Development events- Open to ALL BSIS students

Several guest lectures and screenings are organised as part of the two modules Yvan is running this term: African Politics and Development Theory and Practice.

They can trigger interest beyond those enrolled in these modules (notably among Conflict and Security people) so Yvan decided to open them to all current BSIS students. Just drop Yvan an email if you intend to attend. Here’s the list (NB: titles of presentations may change):

– 22 Feb, 11:00. Jan Vandemorteele, “Are the SDGs fit for purpose?”

– 24 Feb, 14:00. Marc-André Boisvert, “Anthropology of a coup d’état. Mali 2012”
