- We asked the building contractors in October to investigate the air flow at BSIS so as to maintain temperatures at a reasonable level. We also asked them to look at improving the operation of the entrance door on to the street, which is very slow and which only opens when you are very close to it. We continue to chase them for a solution.
- Following a number of power outages at BSIS, the building contractors have recommended the replacement of two major circuit breakers. The parts were ordered on Fri 13 Nov; we await delivery and fitting. In the meantime please inform the office of any power outage and we will endeavour to re-establish it as quickly as possible.
- The Projector in Lecture Room 2 was removed for repair on Fri 27 Nov. Estimated repair turnaround time 1 to 3 weeks; therefore due back Fri 18 Dec 2015 – we hope!
