This is to confirm that classes at BSIS will resume tomorrow, Wednesday. The Belgian government has decided that schools in Brussels will open again. The metro will function (with enhanced security) but only half of the stations will be open for the time being. For most classes cancelled on Monday and Tuesday, emails have been sent out on rescheduling or alternative arrangements. Where this has not happened yet, you may expect to hear from lecturers soon.
