Mr. Nico Frandi of the European External Action Service will be speaking at the BSIS this Monday 10 November from 19:00-20:45. He is an EU policy officer responsible for Chemical and Nuclear Non-Proliferation, and his guest lecture is titled “A Weapons of Mass Destruction Free Zone in the Middle East? A Historical and Diplomatic Perspective.”
The lecture is part of LW844 Legal Aspects of Contemporary International Problems, but the occasion is open to BSIS staff and students. Please see the attached poster for further information.
