Hi Guys!
On Monday we are opening the period in which all the students that want to contribute to the BGSU work can submit their candidatures! The positions are:
– Vice-President: the tasks include substituting the President in his absence; organising the elections in September together with the Secretary; helping to coordinate actions within the BGSU.
– Secretary: he/she will be responsible for taking minutes at the BGSU meetings and publishing them, maintaining all the documents of the BGSU (resolutions, amendments or interpretations of the constitution), organise new term elections together with the Vice-President; act as a middleman between all the members of the BGSU.
– Vice-Treasury: he/she will shadow the work of the Treasury (keeping track of the budget, projecting the expenses and making applications for expenses).
I will provide more info on the mail where you will be sending the candidatures, but prepare them now. They should include your name, picture and the ideas for the improvement of the BGSU functioning. Hope to see many of you running for the positions!
