Easier Access to Academic Articles

Dear all,

You may have all figured this out before I did, but just in case some of you have not, I have stumbled across an easier way to access online articles through Kent’s library.

On any computer, on any network, open up scholar.google.com in a web browser window, go to “Settings”. Select (on the left-hand side) “Library Links”. Enter Kent into the search window, click the search icon and then click the two appropriate University of Kent boxes when they appear. Click “save” and then use Google Scholar to search for your academic articles. Any journals to which you have access through Kent online resources are then available in one click.

At some point, you may need to sign in, but as far as I can tell, you have to do so only once.

Best,
Amanda
