Based on this newly developed system, the team has introduced several new techniques to investigate the biology of the parasite. This work offers new insights into the lifestyle of the parasite, generates essential knowledge and provides new platforms for anti-parasitic drug development.<\/p>\n<p>This research is a collaboration between several laboratories in Kent.
