Life within a university science department moves quickly – sometimes it moves so quickly that we don’t take the time to think about what makes us unique. With around 80 staff, 600 undergraduates and 100 postgraduate students – not to mention thousands of alumni around the world – the day-to-day life of our School is never dull.
