The app implements a Bayesian version of the model presented in <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s13253-018-0332-y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Matechou, E., Freeman, S. N., &amp; Comont, R. (2018). Caste-specific demography and phenology in bumblebees: modelling BeeWalk data.\u00a0<i>Journal of Agricultural, Biological and Environmental Statistics<\/i>,\u00a0<i>23<\/i>(4), 427-445<\/a>. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>The work is motivated by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beewalk.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BeeWalk<\/a>, which is the only UK-based citizen science scheme specifically targeting bumblebees.<\/p>\r\n<p>The app is free to <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/beewalk\/modelling-beewalk-data\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">download<\/a> and use but please send us an email (<strong>e.matechou@kent.ac.uk<\/strong>) to let us know what you are up to, we love hearing about people using this tool.<\/p>\r\n<p>The app includes a detailed help file that explains how to format the data and how to set up the analysis.
