From Canterbury city centre and around, watch out for the Green Unibuses (they are all double-deckers), or any bus that has ‘Uni’ displayed at the front. They run every 20 minutes, if not more frequently during the day. You can purchase your tickets directly from the driver and get off at Keynes College, which is around 20 metres from the main conference venue: Keynes Lecture Theatre II.
