We have welcomed both Minna Janhonen, Athena SWAN Adviser and Kati Ramsden, Athena SWAN data analyst back from their maternity leaves and are saying goodbye to Sophie Baker who has done a great job covering Minna\u2019s role. Smooth handovers need a lot of effort at the best of times and for everyone to do so virtually whilst working from home deserves a special thank you and congratulations.
