Athena SWAN at Kent has been supporting them throughout the process; it is time to say good luck to School of Economics and School of European Language and Culture! You&#8217;ve worked long and hard!<\/p>\n<p>What happens now? The submissions will be sent to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecu.ac.uk\/equality-charters\/athena-swan\/\">Athena SWAN Charter<\/a> to be peer-reviewed.
