The University has implemented a new recruitment system, which means the way internal applicants search for job vacancies has changed. Make sure you familiarise yourself with the new system so you don’t miss out on any upcoming opportunities.
Sign up for job alerts
If you were previously signed up for job alerts by email, you will need to set these up again in the new system. Visit https://jobs.kent.ac.uk/Subs/ to subscribe to your new email alerts.
Search for internal vacancies
You must now log in to the Current Vacancies website in order to view internal opportunities. However, please note that even after logging in these vacancies do not appear within the job category sections (Academic, Administrative etc); they are listed in a separate section entitled ‘Internal’ at the bottom of the list. Ensure you check this section so as not to miss any internal-only vacancies
