Trainees on the programme receive the professional development needed to launch their career in the nonprofit sector through a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, paid 12-month placement at a partner charity or nonprofit organisation,<br \/>\nstarting in Autumn 2022<\/li>\n<li>Development programme endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management<\/li>\n<li>Support network including the programme team, a peer coach and an external mentor from the sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Apply to Charityworks and get paid to change the world!<\/h4>\n<p>The Charityworks programme not only grows professional skills that you can transfer to any sector, but it\u2019s a chance to have a career that\u2019s fulfilling, has a social impact, and contributes to changing the world!
