Our vision is to end street homelessness and our aim is\u00a0to achieve the highest standards and effectiveness in service delivery to vulnerable people. Each member of the Thames Reach team plays a vital role in contributing and shaping the vision of ending rough sleeping and promoting improvement in people\u2019s lives, and by joining us you can do the same.<\/p>\n<p>On the Traineeship programme,\u00a0you will experience a challenging yet rewarding high quality on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop the skills needed for a career in our front-line services. We also are looking to offer the same rewarding opportunities on our Apprenticeship scheme to come later in the year.<\/p>\n<p>To succeed, you will need commitment, resilience, empathy towards homeless people and good basic admin and IT skills.
