Are you a final year student, aspiring to enter a career in Investment Management? Would you like to network with global investment firms and hear about careers in Investment Management? Apply for a place onto an exclusive insight day with Investment 20\/20 and Barings! You\u2019ll have the chance to meet with Investment Management firms and hear from recruiters at Investment 20\/20, hosted at Barings; an international investment management firm in London.<\/p>\n

What is Investment 20\/20?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Investment20\/20 is the careers site where you can learn about the investment management industry and all its opportunities. We provide access to school leaver and graduate trainee programmes across our 42 partner companies. We run a vibrant Investment20\/20 network for all our trainees with regular events and a trainee forum.<\/p>\n

11.25 – 11.40\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Introduction to Cambridge Associates – What the firm does, the culture and what it\u2019s like to work here<\/p>\n

11.40 – 12.30\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Interactive session \u2013 get ready to network!<\/p>\n

Meet people who work in different Investment management jobs, interview them and report back to the group<\/p>\n

12.30 – 13.00\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Preparing for the recruitment process\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 including applications, identifying key skills and LinkedIn<\/p>\n

Coach travel included. Return to Medway campus 15.00\/15.30. Canterbury campus 15.30\/16.00, traffic permitting.<\/p>\n

Refreshments will be available, but lunch is not provided, however you can bring a packed lunch.<\/p>\n

This is a free event, open to final year University of Kent students only<\/strong>. Any degree subject.<\/p>\n

– Submit 150 words about ‘Why you would like to attend the Investment Management Insight Day’<\/em><\/p>\n

– Please send your submission to Liz Foden; e.r.foden@kent.ac.uk<\/a> by 9am on Monday 3rd February<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so get your application in soon!<\/p>\n
