The Careers and Employability Service have now launched the Kent Volunteering Scheme.<\/p>\n
The scheme allows students to log their volunteering hours with the CES and progress through levels \u2013starting at just 10 hours and going up to 1,000+, the scheme looks to recognise all kinds of volunteering completed by students.<\/p>\n
Once you have logged your hours, the Careers Service will keep track of your progression and support you in articulating the skills you have acquired through your volunteering experience.<\/p>\n
We want students to become actively involved in the Scheme to ensure your hard work is recognised and supported, and so we are allowing students to log their volunteering hours from 1st May 2019 until 15th May 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n You can get involved here: https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/ces\/volunteering.html<\/a><\/p>\n Students can also email studentvolunteering@kent.ac.uk<\/a> if you have any questions.<\/p>\n
