Our teams are driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world through our unrivalled technical expertise and innovation, a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion, and a commitment to environmental, social and governance priorities.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We have permanent graduate opportunities for students from a wide range of disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, building services, and fire engineering, sustainability, quantity &amp; building surveying, project management, planning &amp; design, acoustics, architecture, water &amp; power related disciplines, and environmental \u2013 remediation, EIA, ecology, air quality, GIS, stakeholder engagement, hydrogeology, archaeology, and much more.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>What is the role?\u00a0<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Graduate Development Programme:<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Lasts for two years and will provide you with full financial and development support towards your relevant professional qualification, an assigned mentor, regular residential training modules, an opportunity to work on live client projects, external training courses where required, and multi-disciplinary exposure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We also have \u2018shadow boards\u2019 where groups of junior engineers and graduates share their ideas for business change with senior management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">And it\u2019s not all about work.
