Part II Architectural Assistant Role<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

NBBJ are looking for Part II Architectural Assistants \/ Designers with a strong design focus, communication skills and graphic abilities to join our team in London. The right candidate is an independent thinker who thrives on group collaboration in a fast-paced environment. This person must be motivated, have a strong design sense, confident voicing their opinion within a team, and possess a positive attitude and excitement towards their work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Role Expectations:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 Participate in a highly-collaborative and inclusive design process<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Develop design concepts, presentations and visualizations<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Contribute to the design and documentation of projects of varied size and complexity with exposure across all phases and stages of projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Education, Skills, & Experience:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 Architectural degree, Part II or equivalent<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 1+ years’ professional experience<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to participate in multiple projects with competing deadlines<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Efficient, detail orientated, thorough, high standards for quality design and documents<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Demonstrated proficiency in 3D modeling skills (Revit \/ Rhino) essential<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Advanced 3D modelling (Grasshopper \/ Dynamo, etc.) desirable<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Working knowledge of graphic \/ layout software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) essential<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)<\/span><\/p>\n
