About the role:<\/strong>
\nYou will work at the heart of VTO’s administrative operations \u2013 manage projects, work with the best voice talent and amazing clients \u2013 ensure tight deadlines are met and standards maintained or exceeded. Equally, and perhaps, more importantly, you\u2019ll combine creativity, ideas and
\nmusicality with a strong focus on the end-user\u2019s listening experience \u2013 to ideate, execute and deliver energised productions.<\/p>\n

Applications welcome from graduate candidates as well as those with more industry experience. The work is fast-moving and can be exciting, stimulating and diverse, with plenty of variety.<\/p>\n

You are expected to be prompt and efficient. Broadcasting is a 24-hour operation and the working style reflects this. You may have to work some evenings and occasional weekend time.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nMay include:
\n\u2022 Project management.
\n\u2022 Cast \/ recruit voice talent.
\n\u2022 Book voice talent to record voice over.
\n\u2022 Direct recording sessions \u2013 in-person \/ remotely via Teams \/ Zoom \/ phone.
\n\u2022 Edit audio (file-split, re-name, synchronise, EQ, normalize, compress, etc).
\n\u2022 Brainstorm, storyboard & refine creative briefs.
\n\u2022 Composition \/ sound design.
\n\u2022 Maintain excellent record-keeping.
\n\u2022 Research.
\n\u2022 Day-to-day business admin \/ office maintenance.
\n\u2022 Other tasks as may be required.
\nAbout you:<\/strong>
\nExecution- & results-oriented. We want to see & hear your work.
\nAn obsessive creative, with strong focus on the end-user\u2019s listening experience.
\nGreat ears.
\nAudio \/ video \/ media qualifications.
\nEnthusiastic & positive.
\nFast typist with good experience of Microsoft 365 suite.
\nIf you are bilingual, a second language would be useful but not essential.

\n– Edit audio (file-split, re-name, synchronise, EQ, normalize, compress, etc).

\nEnthusiastic, positive person.
