Music-based video-games and their potential for musical and performance creativity&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In July, thirteen members of the AHRC funded network will meet for the first time in person in Canterbury to discuss and debate some of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/music-games-creativity-network.blogspot.co.uk\/2013\/10\/guitar-heroes-in-music-education-music.html\">core questions<\/a>\u00a0of the project together. On the last day of this meeting, July 12, we open up to the general public who will have the opportunity to attend a free public event. This will be at the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thegulbenkian.co.uk\/\">Gulbenkian Theatre<\/a>, Canterbury.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The programme of this event is as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.30am<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Gaming and refreshments in the foyer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Audiences will be able to explore different kinds of music-based games on different consoles \/ platforms at a number of gaming stations with people at hand to offer instructions.
