{"id":3806,"date":"2020-06-26T17:22:22","date_gmt":"2020-06-26T16:22:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/arts-news\/?p=3806"},"modified":"2020-06-26T17:22:22","modified_gmt":"2020-06-26T16:22:22","slug":"sian-stevenson-interviewed-by-aal-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/arts-news\/2020\/06\/26\/sian-stevenson-interviewed-by-aal-online\/","title":{"rendered":"Sian Stevenson interviewed by AAL online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Further to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aal-europe.eu\/\">Active &amp; Assisted Living<\/a> (AAL) Programme Smart Ageing Prize 2020 being awarded to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.movingmemorydance.com\/\">Moving Memory Dance Theatre Company<\/a>, created by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/arts\/people\/academic-staff\/stevenson.html\">Sian Stevenson<\/a>, Senior Tutor and Lecturer in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/arts\/drama.html\">Drama and Theatre<\/a>, AAL have published a video interview with Sian and Cathy Westbrook on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/aalprogrammeofficial\/\">its Facebook page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.movingmemorydance.com\/moving-well\/\">Moving Well<\/a> is a pioneering, peer-led performance workshop that empowers older adults to engage in entrepreneurship, improves their health and wellbeing and challenges ageism. The series of workshop sessions encourages collaborative creativity and is enhanced by digital technology.
