{"id":3355,"date":"2020-02-27T10:14:04","date_gmt":"2020-02-27T10:14:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/arts-news\/?p=3355"},"modified":"2020-02-27T10:14:04","modified_gmt":"2020-02-27T10:14:04","slug":"drama-alumnus-tom-brace-to-perform-at-gulbenkian-theatre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/arts-news\/2020\/02\/27\/drama-alumnus-tom-brace-to-perform-at-gulbenkian-theatre\/","title":{"rendered":"Drama alumnus Tom Brace to perform at Gulbenkian Theatre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alumnus Tom Brace will be bringing his one-man magic show <em><a href=\"https:\/\/thegulbenkian.co.uk\/events\/brace-of-spades\/\">Brace of Spades<\/a><\/em> to the <a href=\"https:\/\/thegulbenkian.co.uk\/\">Gulbenkian Theatre<\/a> this Saturday, 29 February 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Tom graduated with a <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/courses\/undergraduate\/114\/drama-and-theatre\">BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre <\/a>from Kent in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Following on from a sold-out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/arts\/news\/2690\/school-of-arts-students-and-alumni-at-edinburgh-fringe\">Edinburgh Fringe<\/a> run, Tom will return to Canterbury with his unique blend of comedy and magic. The show promises to have a little something for everybody, and features stunts of danger, classic game shows revisited and lots of audience participation.<\/p>\n<p><em>Brace of Spades<\/em> will take place at 2pm.
