{"id":1860,"date":"2018-12-17T11:32:34","date_gmt":"2018-12-17T11:32:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/arts-news\/?p=1860"},"modified":"2019-05-22T14:07:01","modified_gmt":"2019-05-22T13:07:01","slug":"ben-thomas-at-the-italian-cultural-institute","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/arts-news\/2018\/12\/17\/ben-thomas-at-the-italian-cultural-institute\/","title":{"rendered":"Ben Thomas at the Italian Cultural Institute"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/arts\/people\/academic-staff\/thomas.html\">Ben Thomas<\/a>, Reader in History of Art in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/arts\/\">School of Arts<\/a>, will take part in a discussion about Raphael at the <a href=\"https:\/\/iiclondra.esteri.it\/iic_londra\/en\/\">Italian Cultural Institute<\/a>\u00a0at 7pm on Wednesday 19 December 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The Italian Cultural Institute in London is the official Italian governmental body dedicated to promoting Italian language and culture in England and Wales.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;On Raphael &#8211; Indagine su Raffaello #5&#8217; will be chaired by Bill Sherman, Director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/warburg.sas.ac.uk\/\">Warburg Institute<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ben will participate alongside <a href=\"http:\/\/www.deannapetherbridge.com\/\">Deanna Petherbridge<\/a>, artist, writer and curator, and Ana Debenedetti, Curator of Paintings and Drawings at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vam.ac.uk\/\">V&amp;A<\/a>.
