You can be based anywhere across the country, or indeed the world, as much of the work will be undertaken using online resources.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">The project will examine long-lost war plays written between 1914 and 1918 using libraries, archives and online databases.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">The results will be published in a public database and shared at a project festival.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">The work will take place between March and November 2017 and you can work from home, at local libraries and archives or at the British Library.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">Attendance at one of the training days in March or April is recommended (expenses covered by the project) but an online version will also be available for those who cannot attend in person.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">\u2023 Anyone can apply<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">\u2023 No prior experience needed<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">\u2023 Travel expenses reimbursed for research<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">\u2023 Access to computer required<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">\u2023 Contact RFWWT@kent.ac.uk with any questions<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">RFWWT is funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) and Gateways to the First World War<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">To apply to take part please contact\u00a0<strong>RFWWT@kent.ac.uk<\/strong> for an application form.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An invitation to join Recovering First World War Theatre&#8230; A nationwide community project researching war plays written and performed during the Great War.
